Hi, I'm Nina

I launched Delish Ness catering and events in autumn 2023, when my family and I relocated to Inverness to begin a new adventure.

Born in Warwickshire, I have over twenty-five years of experience in hospitality. I've cooked all over the UK and in Europe, as a private chef for many high-profile families, as head chef in many restaurants, and leading catering for events. In 2012 I hosted an intimate afternoon tea for His Majesty the King. I know!

I have a passion for vibrant colours and exquisite flavours, and I've been honing my expertise in vegan, dairy-free, sugar-free and gluten-free cooking.

I've visited some of the most beautiful places on the planet, and I love bringing that experience to a plate near you.
